Oraloby Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. General Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests after this period.

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

2. Return and Exchange Procedure

• Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for the return or exchange, including the return address.
• Carefully pack the item you are returning, ensuring you include the invoice or a document indicating the order number.
• Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
• Once we receive the returned item, our team will review its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
